At Inyeon USA, we are committed to providing professional lifestyle consulting and personalized relationship services.
 
Because our services involve personalized consultations, profile reviews, and professional time dedicated to each member, all membership fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.
 
Refund requests submitted before services begin may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Inyeon USA.
 
No refunds will be issued for services that have already been provided, partially completed, or completed.
 
If a payment was made in error or duplicated due to a technical issue, please contact us promptly so we can review the matter.

If a Member has entered into a signed Membership Agreement with Inyeon USA, the refund provisions contained in that agreement shall govern and take precedence over this Refund Policy.
